The 33 percent reservation will be given for women candidate for recruitment of AP police constable 2016. Other reservation will be providing as per Andhra Pradesh state Government norms. Candidate must read detailed AP police recruitment notification for detail information regarding reservation. Candidate age limit for police constable post is 18 to 30 years for Home guard as on 1st July 2016 and other candidates maximum age limit should be 22 years. Age relaxation will be providing as per state Government norms. Maximum 5 years of age relaxation will be providing for SC and ST candidates. The candidate claiming age relaxation by virtue of being either a widow or a divorcee women judicially separated should produce certificate for evidence.
Educational Qualification for AP Police Constable Vacancies:
The educational qualification for AP police constable is must possess Intermediate or equivalent examination to recognised board. The candidates of schedule cast or schedule tribe, He / She must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination from recognised Board. The candidate who possesses higher qualification than required qualification will also be considered for the selection.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- for OC/ BC category candidates & Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST category candidates through online through Mee Seva/ e-Seva/ TS ONLINE/ AP ONLINE centers or through Payment Gateway by using Credit card/ Debit card/ Internet Banking.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on performance in Preliminary Written Test, Physical Measurements Test(PMT), Physical Efficiency Test(PET) and Final Written Exam.
