DDA Recruitment 2016: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) invites online application for 675 various type posts. Applications are invited On-Line at DDA’s website www.dda.org.in on the link “Jobs” from eligible candidates as per criteria laid down below for filling up the various posts including backlog vacancies & vacancies reserved for Persons with Disabilities. The vacant post in DDA is Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Accounts Officer, Legal Assistant, Assistant Section Officer (ASO), Sectional Officer, Junior Engineer, Junior Translator Stenographer and Patwari. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply online from 21.05.2016 to 14.06.2016.

Total Number of the Post: 675

  1. Deputy Director: 08 posts
  2. Assistant Director: 27 posts
  3. Assistant Accounts Officer: 80 posts
  4. Legal Assistant: 24 posts
  5. Assistant Section Officer (ASO): 80 posts
  6. Sectional Officer: 101 posts
  7. Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): 299 posts
  8. Junior Translator: 06 posts
  9. Stenographer: 30 posts
  10. Patwari: 20 posts

Age Limit : Candidates should not exceeding 40 years for S.No-01, 02, 35 years for S.No-03, 30 years for S.No-04, 05, 06, 08, 18 to 27 years for S.No-07, 09, 10.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess PG Diploma or Degree in Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relation/Advertisement or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute for S.No-01, Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/ Architecture/ Civil/ Municipal Engineering or Master Degree in Geography/Sociology/Economics from a recognized University/ Institute or equivalent for S.No-02, Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS)/ ICWA/ Master in Financial Control/ MBA (Finance), or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution for S.No-03, Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) for S.No-04, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any recognized University with Computer Proficiency for S.No-05, Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a University/Institute recognised by Central Government /State Government or equivalent qualification for S.No-07. Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- through Challan. All female candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Persons with Disabilities are exempted from paying application fee as per extant Government orders.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates will be selected on Written Exam & Interview based exam.

Special Notes for DDA Recruitment:

The eligible candidates shall be issued an e-Admission Certificate by the dates specified above. If a candidate does not receive his/her e-Admission Certificate or any other communication regarding his/her candidature for the examination by the stipulated date before the commencement of the examination, he/she should at once contact the DDA. Information in this regard can also be obtained from the Facilitation Counter located in the DDA’s Office, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-23 or over phone (011- 24649644). In case no communication is received in the DDA’s Office from the candidate regarding non-receipt of his/her e-Admission Certificate at least 3 weeks before the examination, he/she himself/ herself will be solely responsible for non-receipt of his/her e-Admission Certificate. No candidate will ordinarily be allowed to take the examination unless he/she holds a certificate of admission for the examination. The candidates should note that their admission to the examination will be purely provisional based on the information given by them in the Application Form. This will be subject to verification of all the eligibility conditions by the DDA. The mere fact that a certificate of admission to the Examination has been issued to a candidate, will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by the DDA or that entries made by the candidate in his/her application for the examination have been accepted by the DDA as true and correct. Candidates may note that the DDA takes up the verification of eligibility conditions of a candidate, with reference to original documents, only after the candidate has qualified the Examination. Unless candidature is formally confirmed by the DDA, it continues to be provisional. The decision of the DDA as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the Examination shall be final. Candidates should note that the name in the e-Admission Certificate in some cases, may be abbreviated due to technical reasons.
